The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is scheduled to hold an official meeting today with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium, Maxime Pr\u00e9vot.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to an official statement released by the Prime Minister\u2019s Office, the meeting will take place at the Government building in Pristina, starting at 13:30. The encounter is expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations between Kosovo and Belgium, as well as discussing key regional developments and cooperation within the broader European context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit of Belgium\u2019s top diplomat comes as part of a wider regional tour across the Western Balkans. During this diplomatic trip, Pr\u00e9vot is also scheduled to visit several neighboring countries, including Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The tour underscores Belgium\u2019s growing interest in the political stability, economic development, and European integration prospects of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diplomatic sources indicate that discussions in Pristina may also touch upon Kosovo\u2019s ongoing efforts toward European Union integration, its international positioning, and opportunities for increased cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, and governance reforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belgium, as a member state of the European Union, continues to play an important role in shaping EU policies toward the Western Balkans, reports TeleshkronjaNews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Pr\u00e9vot has also announced that Albania will be included in his diplomatic agenda at a later stage. His future visit to Tirana is expected to coincide with the official opening of the Belgian embassy there, marking a significant step in strengthening diplomatic ties between Belgium and Albania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today\u2019s meeting in Pristina is seen as another important moment in Kosovo\u2019s diplomatic engagements with European partners, reflecting ongoing efforts to deepen international cooperation and reinforce its path toward European integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
